Sometimes the best deal is no deal at all, but you won’t hear that if you try to work directly with a listing agent. The listing agent’s job is to sell the property.
As your agent, my job is to guide you and ensure you make an informed decision so that you find the right house the first time. I can help provide context for why some properties would be more desirable than others, or why a property is over-priced relative to the property that sold recently down the street.
OFFER ORIENTATION SESSION
Buying a home is stressful. Part of that stress comes from not understanding the process. I try to alleviate this stress by drafting up a mock offer. I sit down with you and review the offer process.
We will go over each element of the offer and the various ways in which an offer could potentially play out. When the time comes to deal with a real offer, you will be prepared.
One of the benefits of working with a buyer’s agent is the opportunity for private showings.
You can skip the noisy, busy weekend open houses, and view properties, without interruption, during the week, in the evening, or before/after the weekend open house.
EXCLUSIVE LISTING NETWORK ON BROKERBAY
Not all listings are publicly available. Many properties sell exclusively.
One of the best sources for exclusive listings is a private intranet called Brokerbay. Over 12,000 real estate agents in Toronto post their exclusive listings on Brokerbay.
When you work with me, you get access to listings that someone in the public would not even know about.
Collab is the Toronto Real Estate Board’s latest home search tool.
The service allows you to set custom search criteria and be notified, by email, the instant a listing matching your specific search criteria comes on the market.
